why not use a regular hearing aid? the ones that actually fit into the users ear.

Cause hearing aids will hear everything aronund you...not just infront. Those things block out the back and sides...

I think it's fairly safe to say that a regular hearing aid would be rather more effective at amplifying sound than wearing a pair of clear inverted yoghurt pots over your ears
