You need a burning program that does that automatically. I have dvd-clonerII and it auto splits to two disks. You can find this at dvd-cloner.com but sorry, i don't know how to crack the version there, that is if you do that stuff.

almost all movies will fit as data, if you're talking about encodeed as to play on your stand alone dvd player and tv
then you may have to split, but you don't even have to do that with kvcd
