Im a little late, but I use Ashampoo power up XP platinum and Ashampoo Win-optimizer platinum. I just like ashampoos stuff. Win optimizer works great for cleaning out all kinds of shit. I dont have a link for the program cuz you have to buy it for it to clean anything out.
oh, and the best thing I have seen ashampoo do was delete 16,412 internet porn cookies/links from a friend of a friends puter (that asshole needs to go OUTSIDE of the house once in a while)
