Claim for broken Hearing Aid

Dear Mike,
  Reference out telephone call regarding Dales broken Hearing Aid, it was broken today whilst moving furniture in the home, Dale bent down to put her end of the sideboard down which we were moving, her hearing aid fell out, she stepped back, fell over the dog, which then bit her. Whilst trying to kick the dog she fell over, grabbed the table cloth dragging a full dinner service onto the floor, breaking 90% of it. As she tried to get up she banged her head cutting her ear, which bled all over her cashmere jersey which of course is not completely ruined, and dislodged the hearing aid which fell out she then stood on it. A replacement will cost Euro 940.43 net after discount on her health allowance. Please find the invoice attached, an early settlement would be very much appreciated as we have already ordered the new hearing aid, the cost of replacing the dinner service will be around Euro 2000, the cashmere jersey will be Euro 450 and finally the rabies injection will cost Euros 150. Next time we will leave the fucking sideboard where it is. All in all not a good day.
