If no one else can help then I'll get back to you tomorrow and let you know what to do.
I'll also help you find the place to get up to date homebrew app downloads.
A few things I need to know
What dashboard are you using?
Do you have FTP access to your xbox? If not do you have a network card on your pc and do you have a crossover ethernet cable handy?
If you have installed software to your xbox before then just copy the files over in the normal way and tell me to stfu!
Anyways I need sleep, I'll check back tomorrow.

The easiest way to get files over to your xbox is to use ftp. It'll cost you maybe £10-15 for a network card and crossover cable and its well worth it.
I would suggest you take a look at http://www.xbox-scene.com/ as its gonna take me ages to post all the info you need. If you get stuck give me a shout and I'll give you a hand. I've pm'ed the link you'll need to get all the latsest homebrew apps.

Retired
Get XBox Media Center 1.0
You can get it off emule.
It's from the same makers as XBMP, but newer and better.
Use FTP to transfer the files to your xbox: ftp://xbox:[email protected] (for evox)
Put the files in F:\apps\xbmc
If your Evox dashboard is configured properly, you can run all apps from the apps directory from it.
