You can't run it in Windows NT. It is not supported.

You must update your XP, and then every game works!!!!

Hey while you are on the topic. I have a store-bought copy of Quake III also, in the special collector's tin box never opened, for LINUX!
There "was" a sticker on it with a website reference that said "Make this product work in Windows, go to http://www......".
Guess what. I lost the sticker and never have been able to find the website with the patch to make it work.
Anyone have a clue on what I need to make this work (in WindowsXP)?
