Cd Copying Question

my lil bro wants me to copy a game for him (in ISO's), so he can mount them and play without the CD, and without a NO-CD crack

now as i learnt last time, you have to copy the bad sectors on a disk to accieve this......
i know Clone CD is supposed to do this, but its not free, and i cant find a working keygen anywhere (not even BT or eMule)

so my question kinda is: does anyone know a CD copying program with this same feature?

Alcohol 120% does the same, if not a better job

but i think he'd be better off having the No-cd cracks, less hassle than making images and mounting them everytime, i even use nocd's for games i bought

acording to Rossco you need to copy the bad sectors with the CD in order for it to work as the original CD.......

now i downloaded Diablo 2 some time ago, but it wont work w/o the crack, keeps requesting the 'play CD", cause the copied CD doesnt have the bad sectors on it that make the disticntion between the orriginal CD and copied ones.......
