Its shows you how to over clock AMD also try google if thats no help.

Your ability to OC will depend on three things:
_your chip...are the multipliers locked or not?
_your board...does BIOS have overclocking options?
_your cooling...can you deal with the extra heat you will generate/does it handle the heat you have now?
