Bit Torrent Problem

Hi, I'm having a problem with d/l-ing some torrents from suprnova. i keep getting the same message:

rejected by tracker - Error: Your client does not support the compact tracker protocol. Please update your client.

Do I have to install a newer version of Bit Torrent?? And if so which one is the best, easiest to use, etc??
