Back off the proxy dns, and it seems really smooth.

Well done to all concerned.

I don't think the DNS has propagated for everyone as of yet, so only about 1/3 the users are able to access the forum right now. This should gradually include everyone.

Yeah i was speaking to WithCheese over MSN and he couldn't get on without using a Proxy.

obviously the new server has a 'quality control' facility built in too
I heard that.

@Brian: Good work, nice to know I will be "gradually included".

Edit: At the moment I'm having to surf with a proxy which ain't great but I'll cope. [/b][/quote]
I am still having to use a proxy as well

Try putting 199.166.31.3 as your dns server instead.

I rebooted a few minutes ago and since then I've had to put that figure back in.

Seems like once it has found the forum, it keeps the address until you reboot.

Edit: Oops, put the wrong address in.

I have had this problem since Friday

I was hoping the server change would have stopped it. I dont really want to fiddle with the DNS details cos I cant remember the original ones to set it back too

For people that can`t seem to access it without a proxy or some other outside "help" try adding this to your host file

Code:
67.19.33.139 filesharingtalk.com
