I have dsl with 1.5mb download and 125kb upload. How do I go about uncapping my dsl.

Go to www.speedguide.net and get TCP/IP Optimizer and set it for your connection.

This isn't 'uncapping' your DSL, but it will probably speed up your connection. If you need to download faster than 1.5mbps (~180KB/sec) -- you're not leaving much for us.

I am more interested in unlocking my upload bandwidth. I have got a lot of programs that are getting uploaded and thye are pretty much taking all my upload bandwidth. any ideas anyone.
