Yeah, Im thinking 1.6 will be fine and we just need to OC it some.
I see people on newegg reviews that got to 1.7 on 2vcore on air so it should be alright.

Ok, we have the FSB set at 133Mhz (266Mhz effective) and the multiplier at 14, which is stock.
The only problem is, the CPU runs at 800Mhz...wtf! I go into bios and set it at 200Mhz FSB and multiplier 9.5, which should be around the same speed, and it wont even boot up...makes no since...

I think that may be part of the problem with the Asus board.Originally posted by mattesca@23 July 2004 - 17:56

Yah lol..Ok we ran aquamark3 with his old cpu it was 11,000 new one is 17,000.
I will post all the aquamark stuff when were done.
The cpu hit 45C though at stock speeds and at 1.6Vcore.
I believe it should run lower then that with such a nice heatsink...We are gona try to reapply the paste prob.

I set it up at 166X 13 which was a decent overclock, just to look at temps, and it just reset itself back to 831Mhz...why does it keep resetting itself...its almost like its a locked chip..
