I've read BC-UK's guide on manually making a KVCD MPEG.

I have an AVI file and I wish to make that into a KVCD.

In his guide, he said with AVI's, you have to first convert them to a compliant VCD MPEG, then convert that MPEG into a KVCD MPEG.

Do you really have to do that?

Can you directly make a KVCD MPEG from the AVI file?
