MPC play my movies' volume too low
looks like most of my movies with ac3 and mp3 encoded sound
is there any special set-up that i can do to MPC to pump up the volume
i already configured my ac3 to max out all the settings
please help

Both ACFilter and MatrixMixer (for non-AC3) have an amplification option.
But already you seem to be using that. Perhaps your systems Master Volume is set on a low level?

my master volume is already set to max
thinking of using zoom or bs instead, zoom have an equalizer how about bs

I don't think BS has an equalizer.

Perhaps Normalize is turned on in your MPC.
Options > Filters > Audio Decoders
