Nero Will Not Burn:(

Ok hope someone can help with this.

Ive got the latest Nero and i cant burn a thing
When i select nero express>add file(or drag and drop a file from my shared folder) into it i get this error message:"Due to patent license restrictions,the MPEG2 encoding/converting is not availiable" WTF!!
It goes on saying:To add this possibilty.please purchase the Nero MPEG2 codec plug in" more WTF! i have purchased it if you know what i'm saying

Any thoughts how i get this working?

Just Uninstall that BOGUS uncracked version! And try to download this version on kazaa: 5.5.7.2 (comes with a serial&#33

It workes just as good! Why installing a new version when your other version worked?
If you like i can place a hash for this NERO version in the verifieds?
