Is Milk Good For You?

is it all fat or is it good for you?i know it makes your bones stronger but dose it also make you fat?

i thought all the latest got milk commercials are talking about how milk can help you lose weight.

You can try low-fat or non-fat milk if you're watching your girly figure.

i only drink milk nd i aint fat so i dont think it does

If you only drink milk then of course you won't be fat. In fact I expect you'd probably drop dead from malnutrition.
