The trio sat on couches set up in a shopping mall to watch classics and family films , local media reported.
If confirmed by Guinness World Records, it would beat a record of 66 hours, 30 minutes set by 11 people in New York.
"The hardest part is in the morning when you get hallucinations," said one of the three, Michael Chia.
Contestants were allowed five-minute rest breaks between each movie and a 15-minute break every third film. More than 20 people reportedly dropped out.
"I am not going to watch any movies for a really long time," said finalist 24-year-old Fadzli Hussen, who stayed awake despite running a flu and taking medication.
Following their endurance test, the three were questioned on what they had seen.
Hussen won S$19,000 (£5,930) for correctly answering the most questions.
