Nortan Anti Virus

I cannot get rid of the urgent attetion how do i see what the problem is.

double click on the norton shield at the lower right hand conner and when anti virus software pops up see what the item needing attention is.

No not that i said it was the e-mail scanner with problem but how do ifind out how to fix it.

upgrade your existing norton, or reinstall it, one of the files must have gotten messed up.

I restarted pc and everything is fine what an odd problem

Norton is Move to Kaspersky.
