What are your specs? I know errors like this come up for incompatible graphics cards (like the Mx440).
damn right they come up with mx 440 lol
haven't tried splinter cell 2...
but #1 runs fine with my card
I have a pentium 4 2.4 ghz, 1gb ram, and a 9200se 128mb ati radeon.

Did you figure it out?
I just reinstalled it and got the same problem, I've fixed it before but forgot how.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Please help out. Thank you
