medium quality with 90% Special Effects on and at 800x600 very fast and smooth ,
i tried to go to 1024x768, fps dropped to avg rate of 34 fps (not bad at all considering most games are capped/locked at 30 fps). also tried to go to "high quality", bumped me down to the 20-22 fps range.
