This SVCHOST.EXE is using a lot of memory!!! WTF is this? It starts with windows and have multiple of them working simultaneously!!!

Its a windows process, nothing you can do about it.

It is a windows file. Add more memory if u think it is slowing your pc.

svchost.exe is a windows service used for a variety of things and its common to see many instances of it in your process list, like as many as a dozen copies of it running at once. If you intend to keep using Windows XP, there's nothing you can do about it.
HOWEVER, be careful about scvhost.exe - note the switched c and v - which is a virus I was hit with once not long ago, that I got from kazaa. In my case, it hacked my hosts file to point all known anti-virus website domain names back to the IP address of my PC (localhost 127.0.0.1) and it was a major bitch to get rid of. It took me a long time to realize that scvhost.exe was different from svchost.exe, and without noticing that, I never would have gotten that virus off my system.
