    What is your room temp and was the machine idling or under load?

    Motherboard looks high should be like 5'C over Room Temp

    When my CPU at full load at 55'C my Mobo goes to 30'C.

    For a temp 40'c you must have a hot room or you need a exhaust fan and maybe a intake.

    The cpu a little high also but i am not very smart on AMD's and AMDs can go really high and still work. But like clocker said you need to know room temp.

    Also for a idle temp start up the PC and do not run anything for 20 mins then look at tempratures.
