    Don't fool yourself. DMZ is not bad at all. And for some of you with thoose crappy Linksys routers they are insecure by default you are not hiding from anything or anyone like you think and a quarintined box sanctioned off from the rest of your network with a good personal firewall is your best bet.

    This pretty much sums up DMZ. As I can see alot of people really don't have a clue what it is but are quick to down the method.

    yes his network computer or safe, but the one thats dmz'ed is wide open
    I can't believe you would recommend him to dmz, thought your were smarter...
