why is it when you are young and carefree this is the time at which nights out and parties end, when you get older this is the time the day starts

or if like me you have bizarre sleep patterns this is simply a number of hours after you got up

Or this could be the time of morning you&#39;re woken up to go to sea cos the tides are wrong for a late trip
