Runtime Error Occurred When I Open Any Int. Page

Hello

Everytime I open any internet page I always get this Error message :

" A Runtime Error has occurred. Do you wish to Debug ?
Line: 2
Error: Syntax error

YES NO "

Please advise what do I need to do to resolve the issue ? Thank you.

If you want to disable the error because it is annoying you in some way follow this guide from the official Microsoft Website, this is the real one not some fake:

SYMPTOMS
When an Internet program developer attempts to test or debug a program, an Internet Explorer error report is generated if an exception error occurs. If the HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AEDebug\Debugger registry key is set to something other than Drwatsn32.exe, the Internet Explorer Error Reporting tool contains a Debug button that passes the exception to the JIT debugger.
CAUSE
When you install Internet Explorer 5.5 Service Pack 2, the Internet Explorer Error Reporting tool is installed and enabled by default.
RESOLUTION
WARNING: If you use Registry Editor incorrectly, you may cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that you can solve problems that result from using Registry Editor incorrectly. Use Registry Editor at your own risk.

To disable the Internet Explorer Error Reporting tool, make the following changes in the registry:
Start Registry Editor.
Locate and click the following key in the registry:
HKey_Local_Machine\software\microsoft\internet explorer\main

On the Edit menu, click Add Value, and then add the following registry value:
Value name: IEWatsonEnabled
Data type: DWORD
Value data: 0

Quit Registry Editor.

Before you begin:

In both Windows XP Professional and Windows XP Home Edition, you must be logged on with Administrator privileges. (If you are not, even if you can start the Backup Wizard, the "Only back up the System State data" option will not be available. If you do not know how to log on with Administrator privileges, contact your computer manufacturer or the person who set up your computer.)

The Backup utility is not included in a default installation of Windows XP Home Edition. If you do not see it when you follow step 1, read the Microsoft Knowledge Base article HOW TO: Install Backup from the CD-ROM in Windows XP Home Edition, 302894.

To back up the entire registry
Click Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Backup.
Click Advanced Mode.
Do one of the following:
If you see the Backup or Restore Wizard as shown below, make sure that "Always start in wizard mode" is not checked, and then click Advanced Mode.



If you see the Backup Utility window as shown below, go on to step 4.



On the Welcome tab, click the Backup Wizard (Advanced) button.
Click Next.
Select Only back up the System State data, and click Next.
Click the Browse button.
If the Insert Disk warning message displays, click Cancel.
In the left pane, click the Desktop button.
Click Save.
Click Next.
Click Finish.
When you see the message "The backup is complete" -- this could take a few minutes--click Close.
Close the Backup Utility window.

To restore the registry from a saved system state
Double-click the backup file that you want to restore from.
Click the Restore Wizard (Advanced) button.
Click Next.
In the left pane, click the plus sign next to File.
In the left pane, click the plus sign next to the saved state that you want to restore.
Check System State.
Click Next.
Click Finish.
Click OK at the warning message.
When the restore process is complete, click Close.
Your registry is now restored. Click Yes to restart your computer.
