That's not really what it means. That setting controls the ratio of FSB speed to memory speed. You CAN oc the memory with this if you really want, but it isn't much of a good idea.

it depends, do you have a setting for the FSB??? if so, what is it set to, and what can you set it to?
It is a genuine Intel motherboard, so I thought that overclocking was unlikely.
However, here is some info on overclocking with that motherboard, which suggests you need to do it with software, although it doesn't specify what.
I can't find any positive reference to it though, it is probably vapourware.
