yea, my desktop is a wreck. I use ashampoo power up Xp platinum, not tweak xp, or any others. I like my disaster area, lol

actually, isnt the atapi file for cd rom useage or something? you should make sure you arent running anything like burning software, etc. Oh, im speaking to Darkness

have you tried a reboot, and try installing again? atapi is a type of controller for your hard drives and cd roms, maybe it just needs rebooted. someone else may know more on the subject
