I need one with the following feature.

1. Hide attachment or url from non replier.

2. Able to attach files.

3. Cash or point system.

4. English and PHP based.

I'm not quite sure about the first one, the IPB 2.0 has number 2 available. There is a mod for number 3, but I'm not quite sure if it works for 2.0. IPB is also english and php based.
