Yea but it would prob hit your mobo or cpu heatsink/fan. Are you trying to stick 2 in at once?
You could always use ducting for it or something.

I am mounting it somewhere else dont know yet, it wont hit the motherboard cause I am redesigning the inside of the case

You can get 120mm fans that are less then 20dBa or you can get a 120mm fan that is over 50dBa.
So my question was which type does he want, a loud one that cools relaly well? Or a quiet one that doesn't cool as well.
