im currently using three fans and i was wondering wat is the best placement for these fans inorder to get the lowest temps possible. i currently have one on the side, blowing air into my case, one on the back, blowing air out of my case and one on the top blowing air out of my case. is this a good setup or should i have the top one blowing air in also?

Well usually 1 in front 2 in back or something like that would be good. I havnt seen what good side fans really do, my friend has one and it makes no difference. He has 2 in the front blowin in and 2 exhaust.

my case only has room for one fan in the back, i think i can fit one in the front right below the harddrives. they are 80mm fans.

Unfortunately there is no cut and dried answer to your question.

You could do what i did to my old case and cut fans holes, but i wouldnt do it if u have no experience or it will look really bad.
