    At least one of BearShare's developers has added his in-depth opinion on it.

    But a short brief of it is:

    "We are eagerly awaiting such letter.
    It is coming, but I don't think we have gotten it yet."

    Must've been sent snail mail, cheapest way possible...since this isn't important mail.
