Ok appart from the many software problems i have caused, my hardware is gone a bit crappy.
Firstly my USB Controller has gone "null" which means i cant use any of the USB slots on my motherboard or the 2 extras.
My second problem is the fact that i have connected up to TV to my graphics card (GF3 Ti500) and it will not detect my TV. I will run on my TV if its the only display available but only in safe mode which isnt the best for playing online......
Would like the USB issues fixed ASAP....

ummm.... how old ur parts? maybe its time it needs changing... lol... and doesnt it come w/ two extra usb parts that arent connected on the mother board?

Reinstall the USB drivers or use a poll back driver. As for the Video, you might want to do something about the drivers there to. Make sure you have the latest ones installed (41.08).
All the latest driversim gonna go poke around inside see if anythings loose or some sort of animal has died....
