How Do I Get Speed Up To Work?

Hi Y'all

I'm a bit new to this, btw. How do I use Speed Up? Do I need to download it, save it, what? I've clicked ont the link and all that happens is the busy cursor appears fopr a coupla seconds, and then disappears. If I use shift it opens up a window that has nothing in it but says speedup.exe in the address bar. I know its probably something immensly obvious I'm not doing, so can someone tell me what it is please.

What to do ? Don't bother. K-Lite has a built-in accelerator so you don't need any external ones.
