Yes or mount them using Daemon Tools (you'll spare some cds/dvds and some more cash! )

Is this daemon thing going to be easy to set up? Im a dumbass 14 year old.

Yep, just install it, reboot computer.
It'll install a virtual cd/dvd drive on your computer.
There's going to be a new icon in your taskbar (looking like a red box with lightning in it), right click on it, choose "virtual cd/dvd-rom", then "device 0: [name of the drive:]: no media", then "mount image". All you'll have to do then is choose the image you want to use.
