Freezing

I had a look around, but cant see an answer to this one...

I had some problems when I installed xp pro over xp home and had to get a erm...lol legit copy. Anyway, I have dealt with most of the problems except every time I try to go into documents & settings, the damn thing freezes and stops responding.

Can anyone help?


I am dl sp2 atm....will this fix it or should I wait before installing?

Try scanning with ad-aware, spybot, and cwshredder.
Just to be safe then sorry. Also try one of those reg cleaners, they might help.
