Just Downloaded Kill Bill 2

i just downloaded a dvd-r of kill bill 2. im a noob at this so what do i need to do to get this working. also if i want to burn it on to a dvd disc, i see theres dvd+r and dvd-r discs, which one do i need

doesnt really matter if you use + or - disks depends on what your burner supports
