Any number between 1025 and 65535 should be alright. But be careful of popular P2P ports. These might work at slower speeds if your ISP is throttling them.

this been talked about already do a search and the more random parts u have the better just pick a number ot have over 25000 to 60000 i think around those numbers torrentbits explain it better

The recommended ports are between 49152-65535. I use A.Z. so I have 1 port in that range and I always run in the green with no NAT...
