Mattesca has purchased a MSI 9800Pro.

The only "problem" with the card...is that it has an R360 core haha

We benched it on aquamark3 at stock 9800Pro settings and got

    42,354

Then we benched it with the XT speeds..sorry I dont have the link, and got 44,000.

To me the extra 100 or so dollars for the 9800XT is not worth it lol

Everything in my computer I bought with my money. Matt spent his own money on his new computer too...none of our parents money.

But, I thought the XT would increase by a little more then 2,000 but I guess not.

Now when he runs the hardware scan on doomIII it puts him on medium quality and 800X600 haha but he plays it good on high at 1024X768. We tried it on ultra...god I dont even know if the brand new cards would run that haha with his it skipped around all the time...and it didnt look any better

the msi is the only card with 100% chance of getting r360 core. xp reads it automatically as an xt card with no flashing needed. it's even cheaper than most other cards
