Drives Cleaning

OK, there are cd cleaners for CDROM and even DVD-ROM. Do those cleaners are suitable for CD-RW/DVD-RWs?

(cd cleaner that has somewhat like tiny brush or so underneath the cd)

I would never use those. Even for CDROM.

Don't do anything unless you have problems with your optical drives.

If are having problems then clean it manually and if you are unsure of exactly how to do it then get a professional to do it for you.

well, my DVDROM before always cant read the DVDs. and i use that cd cleaner. seems well. it can read DVDs. anyway, that drive is 3 years old. i am just thinking if the same thing happens over my CD writer.
