I Don't Think The Privacy Patch Always Works

For those that don't know, the privacy patch is the setting that blocks other users from being able to view all of your shared files.

Today I noticed that someone who I think was using KMD because their participation level was 0, started downloading from me. I keep my Bad IP list up to date. What surprised me was that this person started downloading other files from me that had nothing in common with each other. As soon as an upload finished, it was the same guy downloading again, with a completely different file.

This made me wonder if the newer versions of KMD are able to get through the privacy patch of Kazaa Lite K++ (I'm using 2.4.5.3)?
