Well, any substance can be abused and will fuck you up eventually, it's the severity and the likelyhood of the fucking up thats important.
The point the graph was making is that nicotine is more dangerous than Extacy, fair enough I say. Wrt your second point, you're right and I'd hope the imformation compilers would have taken that into account.
