why not? some people can't afford hi speed internet, and so they should still have the rite to enjoy the internet.
also some people live in areas where hi speed internet isn't available...they too should be able to enjoy the internet.

The move to Vb has nothing to do with the arcade. It has to do with the ease in managing the site as well as the ability to creat our own addons and mold the site the way wewant it.
