and no its a shampoo... you dont need to use some other shampoo before/after unless ur neurotic

leaves my hair so soft though.

anyway it doesn&#39;t smell after i use it so only time i smell it is while im in the shower washing it off...


and i will never have any dandruff problems.

Throw a couple handfulls of pantene pro-v conditioner in your hair and youl see what im talkin about
