one problem u say i have to create a new IOPageLockLimit wel i have allready got one ? can i just mod that and change it to 40000?

my win xp... cant be open after tweaked. its works tho in win2000.

now i have installed win xp back on other partition. :

does it boot then when the logon screen is supposed to appear...nothing..?

followed correctly. the third step i made it 40000 as 512mb ram. then when about to load (with that logon things) something pop out. it says something2 missing because couldnt save yada yada... FYI i installed service pack 1. *sigh*

Me too with 512 mb memory had to repair install from cd boot. Still fucking with my ATI drivers. Will reformat this weeked I guess. Basterd would not load in safe mode either.

hmm well it seems like it&#39;s happeneing to everyone with 512mb of ram.

except that after i formatted i had no problems with the patch.
