Outta Space

I have a movie that is about 1.5Gb and I want to burn that onto CD-R, but my Cd-R can only hold up to 700Mb so I was wondering how would I do this. Would I have to use 2 Cd-R and wait til the first one is out of space then stick the second Cd-R in? would that work? If not, is there another way to do this?
