nvm i see it its on the modded dash i was lookin on the MS dash
Well it isnt the same ip as i entered and i dont get wut u are saying to do if it ip isnt the same as i enteredMake sure that is the same as the one you entered on your pc. If it isnt remake the one on your with the new one on the xbox

Go back to My Network Places and make a new connection as you did before only change the IP to what it says on the xbox. Just name it the same as before and it will replace the old one.
ok i made a new xbox folder and now what do i do with all of those folders and files in the Xbox folder

Do you see folders C through F then X though Z?
Use D as your main folder. Make an apps, games, and movies folder. Drag the XBMC to the Apps folder in D:
yes i see all of those folders
im d/ling XBMC right now from irc XboX-XBMC_Xbox_Media_Center_2004-08-20.rar and its 21MB
and when i try to make the apps games.... folder it says FTP Folder Error: An error occured creating a new folder on the FTP Server. Details: 553 Requested action not taken
