When I get here:

[6. The screen should now go black and you are ready to set up your new dashboard. There should be a page that displays ltools and says "007: Agent Under Fire". Hit B. Go down and selelct "Install UDE". Press A to continue. Press UDE2 (You must have a NTSC xbox for this!). If you dont, hit A. This is where my video cuts off. But you can either choose XMX or EvoX as your new dashboard. I prefer EvoX, as do many others.]

When I try to install UDE2 it says "Can't find update.xbe"

Everything works fine up until then.

What should I do?

EDIT: If I find update.xbe somewhere can I just add it to your .zip file?
This xbox is ver1 and has never been on XBL...not sure of the dashboard...but it shouldn't matter with this exploit right?

Go to your MS Dash and go to System Info. Let it scroll down til it says:
K:?.??.????.?
D:?.??.????.?

Write down the set of 4 digits for both the K and the D then post them here.

No. You go Settings and then System Info and it will display it.

EDIT: This must not work with orginal xbox's...I also noticed today that my friends motherboard power connecter looked like an ATX and this one looks like an AT... Were there major hardware updates after the initial release?
