and i restarted my comp and my xbox and it still says the same thing when i try to create a new folder

What i mean is what are you using to FTP to your xbox, what program.

IE, CuteFTP, FlashFXP, ect...

And you should use this method to ftp if you are not behind a router

oh i dont have any of those programs to ftp so which one would u recommend
