Ok, well i went running at about 7:30 (3 hours ago) and didn't run much only about 4 miles. Anyway i'm now in quite alot of pain in my stomach area, lower abs i think and was just wondering if anyone knows anyway to stop the pain or atleast sooth it.

Last time i go running without warming up properly.

Get some painkillers, you have to have something in the house, at least paracetamol? And lie down for a bit.

If it's muscle pains that is.

Yeah it's muscle pain i think (not too sure because I havn't eaten if a few days). i'll try some painkillers but they normally have no effect on me.

Dehydration. It can cause a 'stitch' while running. We used to get put on a charge if we got one when running in the army. Charged with 'self inflicted injury'.

Sorry forgot to add. Rest is the only cure.

Have something to eat then, it might actually help.

Try something neutral like toast at first.
