    i just got a router, not sure how to port forward. anyone got a tutorial?

    Read the manual. It will explain it better than anyone else can.

    Or AT LEAST tell us what manufacturer and model it is.

    you will have to read the guide for the specifics of setting up your router since there is no guide on the company webpage http://www.xterasys.com/xr1105.htm (im guesssing its that model)

    but generally you type http://193.168.0.1 into your web browser and the admin login details and passwords that the manual states. then have a look through the option for port forwarding.
